Impact and evaluation of the organization Partners in Health in the year 2010 and 2012

Research Questions:
What is the effect of Partners in Health given to recover from the quake in Haiti’s Central Plateau in 2012?
The design will be longitudinal and it will evaluate 2 points in time. The year 2010 and the outcome of the organization and two years after 2012 and evaluate the effect after the earthquake.

The purpose of this proposal is to examine and evaluate the work of Partners in Health after the earthquake that affected and destroyed one of the poorest areas in Haiti, Central Plateau.
